Kelsey Loftin is a results-driven business leader with a decade of experience at General Electric, where she built a career spanning corporate finance and healthcare sales leadership. She has overseen $300 million in annual revenue across nine states and led high-performing sales teams, developing a reputation for her inquisitive, detail-oriented approach and her ability to cultivate talent, strengthen customer relationships, and align cross-functional teams to drive outcomes.

At GE Healthcare, Kelsey specialized in service and asset management solutions, collaborating with service operations and equipment sales teams to design lifecycle strategies that enable hospitals to run more efficiently and focus on patient care. Her expertise includes enterprise sales strategy, contract negotiation, and customer lifecycle solutions, with a proven record of driving top-line revenue growth and enhancing customer satisfaction.

Her foundation in finance was built through GE’s Financial Management Program, where she rotated through accounting, operations, controllership, and business strategy. This blend of financial rigor, commercial execution, and people leadership equips her with a unique ability to analyze businesses, identify growth opportunities, and execute strategies that create long-term value.

Clay Bailey is a finance leader with previous experience across SaaS, investment banking, and advisory. He currently serves as Director of Financial Planning & Analysis at Magnet Forensics, a Thoma Bravo–backed digital forensics software company. At Magnet, Clay oversees corporate financial strategy, forecasting, and reporting, while leading a growing FP&A team that supports the company’s global operations and M&A integration.

Previously, Clay was an Associate at Croft & Bender, where he advised founder- and family-owned businesses on M&A and capital raising transactions, and began his career in Ernst & Young’s Valuation and Business Modeling practice.

Clay earned a B.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.

Born and raised in Atlanta, Clay enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling to new destinations around the world, and cheering on Georgia football.

Xin Jin is a seasoned Data&AI leader with deep expertise in Data & AI strategy, analytics, and digital transformation. He currently leads the Data&AI Practice, where he partners with Fortune 500 clients to modernize data platforms, implement advanced analytics, GenAI and drive business value through innovation.

Beyond his corporate career, Xin has been passionate about investing and entrepreneurship from an early age. He began exploring financial markets and small business operations while in college, which sparked his long-term interest in building and growing companies. Today, Xin channels that passion into identifying, acquiring, and scaling small businesses with strong fundamentals and long-term potential.

Xin holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a strong track record of leadership across technology, strategy, and business operations.

Outside of work, Xin enjoys traveling to new places, trying different cuisines, and staying active through regular workouts. He is always eager to experience new cultures and draw inspiration from diverse perspectives
