At Magnet, Clay oversees corporate financial strategy, forecasting, and reporting, while leading a growing FP&A team that supports the company’s global operations and M&A integration.
Previously, Clay was an Associate at Croft & Bender, where he advised founder- and family-owned businesses on M&A and capital raising transactions, and began his career in Ernst & Young’s Valuation and Business Modeling practice.
Clay earned a B.B.A. in Finance, magna cum laude, from the University of Georgia’s Terry College of Business.
Born and raised in Atlanta, Clay enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, traveling to new destinations around the world, and cheering on Georgia football.

Beyond his corporate career, Xin has been passionate about investing and entrepreneurship from an early age. He began exploring financial markets and small business operations while in college, which sparked his long-term interest in building and growing companies. Today, Xin channels that passion into identifying, acquiring, and scaling small businesses with strong fundamentals and long-term potential.
Xin holds an MBA from Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and a strong track record of leadership across technology, strategy, and business operations.
Outside of work, Xin enjoys traveling to new places, trying different cuisines, and staying active through regular workouts. He is always eager to experience new cultures and draw inspiration from diverse perspectives
